
We want to emphasise again the point that it is what you want that's important, not what you don't want. Firstly, develop a positive goal based on what you want, for example "I want to achieve my perfect weight". The second step is to turn your goal into a definite outcome; "I will achieve my perfect weight".
Simply not wanting something is not enough. You must be very aware of what you want and start to foster belief in that possibility. If you know what you want, then you will probably be more comfortable exercising and eating healthily.
