Habits are simply things that you do a certain number of times until they become cemented into your behaviour patterns. This applies both to good habits - such as drinking several glasses of water each day - and bad habits, for example skipping breakfast. Changing your unhealthy eating habits into good eating habits is crucial if you are to lose weight and maintain your ideal weight long term.
Drinking plenty of water each day or always having a good breakfast can be very beneficial with losing and managing weight, but I think you would agree that they are not particularly difficult things to do in themselves. In fact, once they become a regular part of your life, second nature almost, they would appear easy, if you even think of them at all. The difficult part is building the good habit to begin with, and getting rid of the old bad habit.
Before starting any weight loss or exercise plan you must consult a medical professional.
