There's a famous saying which states "If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got." In other words, if you persist with unhealthy habits, you won't successfully lose weight and keep it off in the long term. So, even if you successfully complete a diet and change your eating patterns in the short term, if you then go back to your previous nutritional and exercise habits, you will put weight back on.
Yet often, when people eat healthy food or take exercise as a one off, they enjoy it. So why don't they do it again and again? Simple - because it hasn't become a habit. First, you have to break the old, bad habits, and the easiest way to do this is by replacing them with new, healthy habits. If you adopt some of the ideas in this book, you may well notice great changes in the way you choose to live your life.
Before starting any weight loss or exercise plan you must consult a medical professional.
