Hopefully you have had a go at highlighting what you can do to achieve your weight loss goal. Now, think about the flip side of that question. What is stopping you from achieving your weight loss goal, or impeding your progress? What are the obstacles to you committing to losing some weight?
Think hard about each obstacle that you identify. Is it a real or external obstacle, or is it inside your head? Do you have control over it and can you remove it? Do you want to remove it? How can you work round it? Think through all the possibilities that might be preventing you from meeting your goal.
