Think about what you would like other people to say to you. What would someone else need to say to you, to inspire you to achieve your goals? What would it be like if you said that to yourself?
Create your own positive affirmations. Tell yourself what you need to hear. Repeat your affirmations to yourself every day. It might feel strange at first, but if you keep practicing soon it will become second nature, and you won't even realise you're dong it. Maintaining a healthy weight will become much more natural and easy.
