What exercise do you think you could take up that you would enjoy and be able to do long term? Do you like running, walking, swimming, yoga, or going to the gym? Do your prefer team sports or competitive individual pursuits?
Make a list of your healthy habits, the things you think you will enjoy. Think into the future, be honest with yourself and think hard about the habits you can develop which will stick.
