It's now time to put the creative visualisation process that we talked about earlier into practice. You'll need a pen and paper for this. Start with your goals for the future - your affirmations about what you want to achieve. Now pretend it's a year on and notice what has changed and what you have achieved.
Make detailed notes about how you are feeling, what you are doing and saying, your new habits and behaviours. Spend some time on this and put as much description into it as you can; use all your senses and make it as real as possible. And do it often, every day - spend some time looking at what you have written and imagining your future.
