You need to be supportive of yourself when changing your eating habits. You will have bad days, but you need to remain positive. If you criticise yourself, call yourself "stupid" or "a failure" or "fat", exactly what will this achieve? It will most likely have a negative effect, leading you to feel bad about yourself and eat more unhealthily.
Instead of this bad internal response, you need to foster good internal responses. What would your best friend say to you if you told him or her you had had a brief lapse in your new healthy eating habits? They wouldn't berate you, they would be supportive and positive, and encourage you to get back on track because you're doing so well. This is what you need to be able to tell yourself when the going gets difficult
Before starting any weight loss or exercise plan you must consult a medical professional.
