It is not possible to be stress free all of the time. Even people who appear calm and relaxed on the surface are likely to experience stress at certain times, or in certain situations. Think about becoming stress free in terms of the following goals:
How do you feel about aiming at these goals to begin with, as a first step? If your goals are different to these, write them down somewhere and ask yourself if they really are achievable. Perhaps you've met people that you believe are stress free all the time. If so, you may wish to consider that there are some situations so stressful that anyone would be adversely affected by them.
