If you are in a job which involves pressure and deadlines, ask your employer to send you on a stress management course. Your organisation might already run an in-house program, which are increasingly popular, or you might be able to go on an external course, or get a training provider to come to your place of work to run a session.
Instead of just going yourself, see if your whole team can go. And make sure that your manager or boss also attends if possible, as it's amazing how often he or she doesn't want to know and doesn't see your stress as their problem.
