Tiger Woods has a professional coach to help him get what he wants. Maybe, there's something in this? Maybe golf instruction and lessons are a good idea. Some people play 5 or 6 rounds of golf in a year, a couple of visits to the practice range and never take a lesson or change anything about the way they play or approach the game but then act surprised when they don't get better. Perhaps I could suggest a career in stand up comedy for these people or even 'professional dreamers'. Some professional players make the same mistakes. The great ones don't! Use every possible resource, internal and external and your game will improve.
